Gary Mading
Senior Product Manager, Aastra USA
Gary Mading is Senior Product Manager at Aastra USA, a leading provider of open-standards voice communications solutions for enterprises of all sizes. He manages the product strategy for Aastra USA’s IP-PBXs for enterprise customers.
Gary has over 20 years of experience developing and marketing communication products, including carrier systems, transmission equipment, broadband access products and enterprise communication systems. He has held senior positions for large communication companies such as Alcatel and Motorola.
Gary holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Texas and an M.S. in Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. |

Lev Deich
Technical Director, 911 Enable
Lev Deich has been part of 911 Enable since its inception in 2005 and currently serves as its Technical Director, responsible for day-to-day operations and ongoing business development.
Prior to 911 Enable, Lev had a distinguished career with Ericsson where he held various engineering and management positions in the US and Europe. Lev has over 11 years of datacom and telecom experience, including managing joint software development projects with large enterprises such as Juniper Networks and Advanced Computer Communication.
Lev holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University, where he graduated with distinct honors.
