Paul Beamer
Unified Communications Consulting Architect, Global Technology Resources, Inc.
Paul Beamer started working with traditional voice several years ago to position himself strategically for voice and data convergence. Paul has installed at least 100 PBX systems throughout the Denver Metro area including several high profile implementations. With project management skills, troubleshooting expertise, and Network architecture design experience, Paul brings the knowledge necessary to get any networking implementation finished with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Paul has earned several Cisco certifications including Voice CCIE, CCNA, and CCDA, and holds an Associate degree in Computer Science and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Technology.

Lev Deich
Technical Director, 911 Enable
Lev Deich has been part of 911 Enable since its inception in 2005 and currently serves as its Technical Director, responsible for day-to-day operations and ongoing business development.
Prior to 911 Enable, Lev had a distinguished career with Ericsson where he held various engineering and management positions in the US and Europe. Lev has over 11 years of datacom and telecom experience, including managing joint software development projects with large enterprises such as Juniper Networks and Advanced Computer Communication.
Lev holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University, where he graduated with distinct honors.
